Department Responsibility
Through iStores, departments are able to purchase at competitive prices. Customers can shop easily by using their departmental account numbers.
Which provider will perform this work?
Stores & Receiving
The Stores & Receiving department is responsible for pickups and deliveries to all areas of the campus. In addition to delivering orders placed through iStores, F&S offers a centralized receiving site for orders placed by any department. Freight companies, unable to deliver to a street address, deliver packages to the Receiving department which delivers the items to the specific room or lab. This process also supports sustainability and enhances pedestrian safety by reducing the amount of truck traffic navigating the main sections of the campus.
Gather required documentation to submit a request.
- Building name/departmental account number
- Room numbers and a description of the general area, if necesssary
Submit Request in the my.FS Portal
Log in to the my.FS Portal to make a service request. Requests for new user account access can be made by completing the Request of User Account form.
What to expect next
An initial email indicating the assigned shop(s) and an anticipated start date:

- A follow-up email, call, or in-person visit upon arrival
- A confirmation email when the work is underway and when time is being charged
